I have a PR3 website, and I am curious to know what it would take to raise the PR of my top level category pages linking off the homepage to at least 2 in the medium to short term. Also possibly raising PR of homepage to 4, as I have been on 3 for awhile now, with linkbuilding in place… (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: SEO)
