Create a PHP + AJAX form and fetch/insert data in DB by alexlimoges

Hi, I need to create a simple PHP form that would do the following : 1- Ask the user to input server IP or hostname, password, DB name and type (MsSQL and MySQL); *press connect* 2- Once it’s connected to the DB, it populates a dropdown menu with all available tables on the database… (Budget: $30-250, Jobs: AJAX, Javascript, MySQL, PHP)
