need to create a custom virtual like google street view by ew6014

hi im want to create a virtual tour sort of flash app thats alot like google map street view. The only function i need is the ability to move forward, backward just like google map street view. and also the ability to look around 360 degrees… (Budget: $1500-3000, Jobs: ActionScript, Flash, PHP)
