Sign Up Page Needs Flash Feature aka Page Loading by twiggy6

I need to modify my sign up page. that delivers a 0-100 “guage (feature) that lets the customer now that the page is “loading”.See Attached for details. (Budget: $30-250, Jobs: Flash, Graphic Design, MySQL, PHP, Website Design)
