I am trying to develop a silverlight webcam chat application. Socketcoder has produced code that almost does what I need, but the video/audio quality is not great and there is a lag. I would like for someone to either change the encoding/decoding or improve the video/audio so it works very well… (Budget: $750-1500, Jobs: .NET, C Programming, Silverlight)
