Plesk Spam Filter Sucks need alternative to work with server by swimhack

I have a Dedicated GoDaddy server running on Windows, and Plesk 8.1.0 the spam has gotten way out of hand for all of the hosted domains (200+), i need a better solution to the spam filter that is currently… (Budget: $30-250, Jobs: Microsoft Exchange, Windows Server)
