configure Asterisk in my office with 5 ip phones by dasedot

I need someone to install and configure Asterisk PBX on my server with some voip provider(give me examples and prices) and 5 Cisco phones.We need simple IVR and voicemail box. (Budget: $30-250, Jobs: Asterisk PBX, Linux, VoIP)
