Expert with Google Sheets formulas

I need to list data from other tabs based on conditions. I need date in four columns to generate based on 3 conditions in the same sheet. Data be generated from different tabs within the same spreadsheet… (Budget: $10 – $30 USD, Jobs: Excel)
