Add shading to rows of an Excel spreadsheet by group

I have a spreadsheet with about 5000 entries (rows). I wish to distinguish groups of entries using ‘no fill’ & ‘grey fill’ on the rows. Not hard, but will take some time. I have attached an Excel file… (Budget: $30 – $250 USD, Jobs: Excel)
