Fix: WordPress can't send out email and Permalink as %postname%

I would like to fix my e-commerce website. Woocommerce can’t send out an email and I want to set Permalink as %postname% now it’s only working as ID. (Budget: $10 – $30 USD, Jobs: eCommerce, HTML, PHP, WooCommerce, WordPress)
