Teach me how to use Github / Git features so that I can work with a remote repository for a group project

I need to work with a team of people who will be using GitHub and creating/editing files on separate branches, and possibly merging branches later on, etc. Basically, if you know how to do all this version… (Budget: $10 – $30 USD, Jobs: Git, Version Control Git)
