problem in getting phone number from outgoing or incoming call on android 9

Hi, In my application logic, i am intercepting all outgoing calls made by Android Dialer using PhoneStateListner and making call via my VOIP server inside the application. So this functionality is working properly in all Android version up to 8.1… (Budget: ?1500 – ?12500 INR, Jobs: Android, Asterisk PBX, Java, Mobile App Development, VoIP)
