This project has already been developed with all 3 platforms windows, iOS, and Android but it is missing offline capabilities. It does have SQLite and PouchDB ready for offline data. (Budget: $5 – $10 USD, Jobs: Android, Angular.js, Ionic Framework, Mobile App Development)
