Transfer a joomla 1.013 site to a new server by brian78006

I am having trouble moving a joomla 1.013 site to a new server and I need some help. I’ve backed it up with joomlapak and installed it on the new server but it is not working correctly. (Budget: $30-250, Jobs: Joomla)
