[PYTHON(DJANGO), JS] Implementing a loading bar w/ large file size uploading abilities, a video bar with a buffer, quality changing, and gathering the info of a picture from the server by MetaNite

I’m developing a video site, I’ve built a basic layout of how the video bar would look like and I created basic functionality of the bar, all I need you do to is add a buffering sub-bar, for example, on YouTube the white progress bar is what I consider the buffer bar… (Budget: $30 – $250 USD, Jobs: Django, HTML, Javascript, Python, Software Architecture)
