My website is davidpyunesq.com. All I want is to fix the header section so it does not scroll up out of screen when user is navigating down the home page or any other pages. Also, remove unnecessary blank spaces between sections on the home page by fixing margins or borders via CSS code… (Budget: $30 – $250 USD, Jobs: CSS, HTML5, PHP, PSD to HTML, WordPress)
