Add SE Friendly URLs to small PHP Script with Rewrite by joebuysphp

I have attached the script, it is a small Bulletin Board. It currently makes use of Apache mod_rewrite to make somewhat SEO Friendly URLs but they show up as "http://website.com/forum1.htm" or "http://website.com/article5.htm"… (Budget: $25 – $125 USD, Jobs: PHP)
