Shipping Label Integration by screavic

I would like a PHP Script that would provide a USPS, UPS or Fedex Shipping label based on database schema. I will provide the schema to the person who wins the bid. (Budget: $30-250, Jobs: AJAX, Java, MySQL, PHP)
