Create a wordpress plugin to manage tournaments, leagues and ladder by luispratapt

We’re using today "LeagueEngine" plugin from codecanyon, but the plugin has lots of problems, so we want to create one to substitute it. The functionalities are basically the same with some addons…. (Budget: $750-$1500 USD, Jobs: MySQL, PHP, Software Architecture, WordPress)
