I’m looking to build a community type website, where many different aspects of the site will be fully integrated. I need to create three main parts that will all be fully integrated: Blog, a database for Dreams (MAY look like classified ads adapted for dream inputs), and a Discussion Forum… (Budget: $250-$750 USD, Jobs: Graphic Design, HTML, PHP, Software Architecture, Website Design)
