My server gets very slow when the trafic is high and sometimes the website is not accessible at all. my server seems powerfull enought and my hosting said that this is issue of scripts utilized very high cpu… (Budget: $30-250, Jobs: Apache, Linux, MySQL, PHP, Website Design)
