I would like to embed an html file to run on my desktop in/over my background. Its an offline html file which will be included below. I would like to be able to imbed it in with any background behind it, but if it is not possible thats fine… (Budget: $30-250, Jobs: Embedded Software, HTML, User Interface / IA, Windows Desktop, XML)
