Very quick project: Need simple script coded – $20 cash by georgewesleyryan

I need a simple script programmed in php. Here is my problem: I have one site that users upload images to, these images are stored on that sites server. I have another site that displays many of those images on it (it hotlinks the images)… (Budget: $30-250, Jobs: Linux, PHP)
