menu not showing in IE by keithgreen

I have a custom drop-down menu that is not showing correctly (it seems to disappear after it loads) in Internet Explorer. I need this to work in all browsers. This is a live site. I saw the error in IE7… (Budget: $30-250, Jobs: CSS, Joomla)
