i want to develop a mobile app that takes simple video…. users have the oppurtunity to either use this app to take video . it would be used to capture LIVE events… live news, events, etc… people would use it to show their videos LIVE on the internet in the cloud… (Budget: $1500-$3000 USD, Jobs: Android, iPhone, Mobile Phone)
