Getting ACCESS DENIED when trying to install driver from administrative account by terrypayton

I’m logged in as administrator and have privileges on the folders that I’m working in but cannot install a specific driver without getting an ACCESS DENIED. I have had no problem installing it on another… (Budget: $10-$30 USD, Jobs: Windows Desktop)
