I have a small project where I want to add a number of urls to a small database, then add a list of over 500 proxies and then test all the urls with a random proxy from the list. This can be a basic looking system and I am happy to add urls and proxies via phpmyadmin… (Budget: $30-250, Jobs: PHP)
