Ok So I hired someone through Feelancer.com and they did not know what the heck they were doing. I now need someone that does know what they are doing in WordPress to get my site running ASAP. I need all banner on the page to be rotating (they are in 3 sections)… (Budget: $30-250, Jobs: SEO, WordPress)
