I have two sites I need set up from nothing. Designer has cart blanche. They should look attractive with imagery relative to the URL (motivational awakening, traffic is revenue) no religious imagery on the motivational site… (Budget: $30-250, Jobs: Blog Design, CSS, HTML, PHP, WordPress)
