I would like to completely redesign the look of the following website: http://linksubmitter.net/ The script is PHP Dir Submit and the files for the design are .tpl.php for the new template. I want the site to look drastically different than the current design… (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: Graphic Design, PHP, User Interface / IA, Website Design)
