I need an easy CMS system for a news part of a site. Must look easy and very good (think Mac). Ability to upload pictures. Need the chosen provider to reprogram this part of the site and set up database and everything that is needed to get this to work… (Budget: $30-250, Jobs: CMS, MySQL, PHP)
