Complete SQL/PHP database project by dmicap

I need a simple SQL DB that automatically fill in column "B" after a six digit reference number is inputted in column "A". The database will have about 60 such reference items. (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: MySQL, PHP, SQL)
