I require a web based tool building that takes input in the form of a list of Twitter usernames and then query’s Twitter regularly (either through the API or via scraping, not sure the limitations of the API) to pull back information about a twitter users tweets and can send data out via email… (Budget: £20-£250 GBP, Jobs: HTML, PHP, Twitter, Web Scraping)
