I am looking for a plug that will show a WordPress widget only when a visitor is coming to the site from a specific referrer. An example would be only showing the widget when a visitor comes from Twitter… (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: Javascript, MySQL, PHP, WordPress)
