I have a .psd file that I need sliced up and coded into a wordpress theme. I’d like to have the theme completed by February 6th if at all possible. The theme will have a slider in the header as well as a rotator that rotates quotes as well… (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: CSS, HTML, MySQL, PHP, WordPress)
