Display third party flash in all pages in magento website by makkoga

I bought this third party flash http://www.nicom.com.br/index.swf and want to display it in all pages of magento website. I made it work in http://www.nicom.com.br/ but the flash rorator.swf doesn´t seem… (Budget: $30 USD, Jobs: Flash, Magento)
