Hi, I would like to build a site which will concentrate a community of developers. It should be based on a CMS (preferrably WordPress) . Regarding the theme(HTML5/CSS3) – I would like the programmer to choose a theme which would already have all needed features in it… (Budget: $2-$8 USD, Jobs: Graphic Design, HTML, PHP, Website Design, WordPress)
