I am looking to convert a complex Word document to an HTML page. I want to keep the look and feel of the Word document but recreate it using HTML so clients can fill it in online. The PDF contains text fields and check boxes… (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: Data Entry, HTML, Word)
