Raster logo to fresh vector by onepixelmore

I have a client with an old raster logo that we need converted to a nice, fresh vector. Need to get them out of the 90s, but they insist the logo be maintained as much as possible. (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: Graphic Design, Logo Design)
