I have a logo. I need a circular effect made. I’ll pay $30 for this. Really would prefer it not in flash, but if I have to use flash then I have to. Attached is sort of how it will be. Something… (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: AJAX, Flash, Javascript, Script Install)
