I am looking for someone to write a script for use on the bluehost.com web hosting service. The script will need to automatically change the index file of my website twice daily, i.e. once at a specified time in the evening, and again at a specified time the following morning… (Budget: $30-250, Jobs: Anything Goes, Script Install)
