I want to design a layout for the website. It should have one main page and sub page. The total number of main links are 6 (and could be increased), some links will have a drop down list. Make space for widgets on the right side of the website… (Budget: $75-$150 USD, Jobs: CSS, Graphic Design, HTML, PHP, Website Design)
