We use GravityForms (http://www.gravityforms.com/) across multiple WordPress installations. GravityForms offers a PayPal Pro and PayPal Standard “Add-on”, however our clients have a Payflow Pro PayPal account and therefore neither of these “add-ons” actually work… (Budget: $30-$250 AUD, Jobs: Paypal API, PHP, WordPress)
