Upgrade 3 Websites from Joomla 1.5.26 to Current Version of Joomla by thefunfactor

I have 3 fairly simple websites that need to be upgraded to current version of Joomla that supports most of my current plugins. Also, cleanup our website of plugins that are no longer used. (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: Joomla, PHP, Web Security)
