Digital version of a hand drawing by CogVinoth

I have created the attached design by drawing. I want this to be designed in photoshop. The image needs to be in a size where it could be printed on an A3 size sheet. Have ideas for colouring as well. (Budget: £20-£250 GBP, Jobs: Graphic Design)
