Looking for a webcam video broadcasting and recording application done with PHP/MySQL and flash (or preferably Jquery) with a few bells and whistles. Can use api of an existing service or RTMP with Red5 (RTMFP when possible)… (Budget: $250-$750 USD, Jobs: Flash, jQuery / Prototype, MySQL, PHP)
