Basically what i need is an application that will pull folders and files from my server and display them on a device. When a new file is added to a folder a notification should be placed on that folder (in the application) and also on the homescreen of the device in the notification bar… (Budget: $30-250, Jobs: Blackberry, Mobile Phone)
