Remove Payment Methods From Magento Checkout for Orders Over XX amount by smoothrider

I would like to remove the PayPal option for orders over $1,500 on checkout. So if someone places an order for over $1,500 I do not want the option shown when selecting payment methods. I would like to remove the credit card option for orders over $3,500 on checkout… (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: eCommerce, HTML, Magento, PHP)
