Problem with drop down menu and z-index in IE7 by Kalamazoo

Hi, I have some problems with drop down menu and z-index of one of elements on my website in IE7. The website is built on Drupal 7 with nice menu module and omega theme. Thanks. (Budget: $30 USD, Jobs: CSS, Drupal, HTML)
