redirect entire site to HTTPS and password protect a few directories by ciscoengineer

I currently have an SSL cert installed on my server, I need everyone to be redirected to HTTPS if they try and visit http://domain.com, domain.com, www.domain.com, etc. I also have phpmyadmin installed… (Budget: $2-$15 USD, Jobs: Linux, MySQL, PHP)
